To help employees better master safety and health knowledge, strengthen safety awareness, and improve occupational health standards, the company hosted two seminars on the mornings of October 16th and 18th. The sessions focused on safety, occupational health protection, and general wellness, with over 200 employees in attendance.

In addition to two internal trainers, the company specially invited Dr. Zhu Fuguo (Associate Chief Physician) and Nurse Manager Wang Xinghua from Shexian County People's Hospital to lecture on health topics.

Health & Wellness Sessions

Nurse Manager Wang Xinghua used PPT presentations and real-life case studies to deliver a session titled "Rational Diet: Don't Be a 'Sugar' Man." She advised employees to focus on a light diet and increase physical activity in their daily lives. The course was practical and content-rich.

Dr. Zhu Fuguo focused on "Early Identification of Stroke." Using slides and brochures, he patiently explained stroke recognition, pre-hospital emergency care, on-site handling, and the coordination between pre-hospital and in-hospital treatment. He also detailed prevention methods by analyzing risk factors such as hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and smoking, ensuring employees gained a deeper understanding of stroke prevention.

Occupational Health & Safety Regulations

Qiu Hongying, Deputy Administration Director, covered occupational health and protection. She discussed relevant laws, hazard overviews, prevention controls, and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), giving all employees a comprehensive understanding of how to protect themselves at work.

Zhang Ping'an, Director of the Safety Office, provided an in-depth analysis of the new "Work Safety Law." He broke down the background, process, key highlights, and specific regulations of the amendments. Through case studies, he urged all employees to understand the Party and state's emphasis on safety management and to actively foster a strong safety atmosphere within the company.

Management Summary

At the conclusion of the training, General Manager Hu Jiangtao expressed full approval of the event. He emphasized that training is a key pathway to cultivating a high-quality team and urged everyone to cherish these opportunities.
